Public Relationship Officer

Job responsibilities: Receive guests friendly and professionally Manage all queries in promptly and professionally manner Maintain good rapport and nurture the relationship to increase loyalty with guests Assist in any reservations, group and/or event booking Work closely with daily operational staff to maximize seating capacity and ensure smooth operations Other duties as assigned by the Manager Job Requirement: Effective communication and interpersonal skills Customer service oriented Ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced working environment Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays 2-3 years of working experiences in F&B industry will be advantage
