Generalist role covering operations, customer service, content, social media, marketing & sales.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

Operasional & Customer Service

Handle inquiries via WhatsApp & channels lain Follow up payments, leads, testimonials, complaints Maintain customer & business databases Organize documentation di Notion

Content & Social Media

Schedule & publish content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Threads) Create Canva posts & edit basic Reels/TikToks (CapCut/VN) Manage content calendar & monitor insights Min. 1 content/minggu during probation

Marketing & Sales Support

Support campaigns & partnerships Identify & engage with potential customers Lead generation & follow-ups Suggest improvements untuk business Yang Kami Cari Reliable, organized, detail-oriented Proactive & independent Fast learner & willing to improve Good communication skills

Nice to have: Social media management, Canva, CapCut, customer service, sales, Notion

3-Month KPI Min. 90% attendance, responsive during work hours Consistent customer service & accurate data Min. 90% assigned content posted on time 2–3 meaningful contributions/month Max. 2 avoidable errors Shows growth & less supervision needed Kompensasi

Basic Salary + Fixed Commission per Sale Total potential: Rp2–4 juta+/month
