TRADE ANALYST

Handle Letter of Credit (LC) advising, re-advising and amendment advising accurately and within the required turnaround time. Review incoming authenticated SWIFT messages and LC/amendment terms to ensure completeness before advising to beneficiaries or other banks. Perform necessary sanction, compliance and internal control checks, and ensure required clearances are obtained before release of the LC or amendment. Verify beneficiary details and determine the appropriate advising channel, including direct advising to accountees or re-advising through another bank where applicable. Handle LC confirmation requests, including coordination on confirmation approval, charges and related correspondence. Liaise with issuing banks, correspondent banks, beneficiaries and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, missing information or operational issues promptly.
