IT Application Manager (สุขุมวิท 64)

• Manage and support the company’s business applications to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee Reporting and Business Intelligence solutions, including Qlik Sense, dashboards, and analytical reports to support business decision-making.
• Manage cloud-related application environments and infrastructure to ensure system stability, security, and performance.
• Lead IT and Digital Transformation projects from requirement gathering, planning, budgeting, implementation, testing, and post go-live support.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal users to resolve issues and continuously improve system performance and usability.
• Analyze business and system issues and propose process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop the IT Application team, including performance management, coaching, and capability development.
• Support the preparation of IT documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.
• Ensure IT applications and related operations comply with company standards, policies, and governance.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT Application, ERP, or Business Application management. At least 2-3 years of experience in team leadership or project management roles. Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, or related platforms. Good understanding of Cloud Technology and Application Architecture. Experience in Project Management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively. Experience in Retail, Trading, Distribution, or FMCG businesses would be an advantage. Good command of English communication skills, both written and spoken.
