Electrical Engineer

Design - •Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or similar tools. •Develop architectural, structural, or electrical designs based on specifications and sketches. •Create structural and electrical drawings, including roof layouts, PV panel placement, wiring diagrams, and system configurations. •Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project-specific requirements.

Collaboration and Coordination - •Work closely with engineers to understand project requirements. •Incorporate feedback to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals. •Coordinate with other departments to ensure design consistency and accuracy. •Revise drawings as needed based on feedback from clients. Approval Drawings •Prepare project approval drawings and liaise with regulatory authorities for permits and compliance. •Ensure that designs adhere to local building codes and regulations.

Documentation and Standards - •Maintain a well-organized database of drawings, revisions, and technical documentation. •Conduct regular checks to ensure design integrity and technical compliance. •Identify and resolve discrepancies in drawings or designs.

Innovation and Development - •Keep updated on the latest CAD software, tools, and industry trends. •Support the team in implementing new tools and techniques to improve efficiency.

Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent). Knowledge of engineering design principles and technical standards. Familiarity with electrical and structural design principles for solar systems. Knowledge of solar standards. 1–3 years of experience in drafting or CAD-related roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
