The Lead Generation Specialist drives lead generation and market development to secure corporate clients and recurring e-waste volumes. The primary focus is lead generation and market development — identifying, qualifying and converting opportunities across corporate, government and partnership channels into a steady pipeline of high-quality leads and signed contracts. The role owns the full acquisition lifecycle (market mapping, prospecting, proposals, negotiation and CRM pipeline management) and works cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance and Legal.

Build and execute a multi-channel lead generation strategy across B2B, government and partnership channels. Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, field visits, industry events, referrals and digital channels. Maintain a healthy, segmented database of potential corporate clients and e-waste sources. Own the acquisition pipeline end-to-end (lead → meeting → proposal → negotiation → contract) with accurate, up-to-date CRM records. Provide weekly forecasting and pipeline reviews with realistic stage probabilities. Client & Source Acquisition Acquire new B2B accounts (factories, IT and telecom firms, banks, hospitals, hotels, retailers, real-estate developers) and secure recurring e-waste streams through long-term agreements. Run discovery meetings, site assessments and waste audits with Operations; position the company’s services around compliance, ESG, EPR obligations and data destruction. Partnerships, Market Intelligence & Reporting Develop partnerships with companies, schools, government entities, retailers and NGOs, and lead RFP/RFQ responses for public and municipal tenders. Maintain a market map of high-volume e-waste generators and track competitors, regulations (EPR, hazardous-waste laws) and emerging recycling technologies. Deliver weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, contracts, revenue and tonnage; coordinate handover to Operations once contracts are signed.
