About the Role:

The company is seeking an experienced and creative  “Architect”  to contribute to the development and implementation of architectural and interior design projects from concept through completion.

The role involves developing design concepts, preparing detailed architectural documentation and 3D visualizations, and supporting projects throughout the implementation stage. The Architect will work closely with project teams and other stakeholders to develop practical and well-considered solutions that meet aesthetic, functional, technical, and project requirements.

This position requires a strong combination of creative thinking, technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to translate design concepts into solutions that can be effectively implemented on site.

Develop architectural and interior design concepts from initial ideas through detailed design

Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, 3D models, and visual presentations

Develop design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, technical requirements, and project objectives

Prepare, update, and maintain accurate architectural documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Develop design details and documentation required for project implementation

Review and adapt design solutions based on project requirements, feedback, and implementation needs

Work closely with the project team to ensure design solutions are practical and aligned with construction requirements

Participate in site visits and provide architectural input during project implementation when required

Identify design or implementation challenges and contribute to practical and effective solutions

Ensure that architectural solutions and completed works are aligned with approved designs, specifications, and project requirements

Contribute to improving design processes, documentation quality, and overall project efficiency

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field

At least 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably within construction, interior design, or project-based environments

Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCad, 3ds Max, and Photoshop

Good understanding of architectural design principles, materials, construction processes, and project documentation

Ability to develop projects from concept through detailed design and implementation

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required

Portfolio demonstrating relevant architectural and/or interior design projects

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of design quality

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
