Senior Product Manager, GoBusiness

About the Role

BusinessSG is a key strategic national project tasked with a critical mission: applying AI to broad-based enterprise development, engagement, and operations.

Singapore is home to a vast ecosystem of enterprises. While traditional physical channels and human networks face inherent scaling limits, BusinessSG leverages cutting-edge technology to serve as the primary, unified interface between local enterprises and the Whole-of-Government (WOG). Our goal is to dismantle a fragmented G2B landscape by focusing on key strategic prongs: improving the discoverability of government support and streamlining G2B transactions.

The BusinessSG ecosystem currently drives a suite of core digital products, including the BusinessSG Portal, the BusinessSG AI Agent, the Business Grants Portal, and the GoBusiness Licensing Portal. We are running high-impact AI experiments—including discovery agents, transaction tools, and proactive recommendation engines—to shape a thriving, resilient enterprise landscape. We are looking for an experienced, visionary Product Manager to help lead this transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Drive AI-Powered Innovation: Product manage cutting-edge experiments from conceptualisation to scale, including the BusinessSG Discovery Agent, transaction automation tooling, and WOG enterprise targeting engines.

Orchestrate Core Ecosystem Products: Own and scale product roadmaps across BusinessSG’s core portfolio, encompassing the main Portal, the AI Agent, the Business Grants Portal, and the GoBusiness Licensing Portal.

Build Next-Gen Architecture & Interfaces: Lead the design of the agentic interface for businesses (covering queries and applications), while collaborating with internal engineering teams to build a comprehensive enterprise data infrastructure and intra-agency connector standards.

Architect Personalisation at Scale: Study commercial best practices to design proactive recommendation models and enterprise targeting capabilities that deliver value without compromising user experience.

Lead Cross-Agency G2B Journeys: Partner with various government agencies to streamline complex, cross-boundary digital journeys, helping businesses navigate government support seamlessly while respecting agency-led processing policy and governance boundaries.

Drive Whole-of-Government (WOG) Capability: Track processing SLAs across agencies to drive the pace of digital adoption, while enabling public sector partners through communities of practice, capability development sessions, and knowledge sharing.

Data-Driven Iteration: Establish and instrument robust tracking metrics across platforms to enrich the enterprise data repository, using interaction insights to continually refine policy analysis and product features.

How to Succeed:

Tenacious & Proactive Mindset: A strong drive to execute in a fast-paced environment facing rapid tech disruptions. You possess the tenacity to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and constantly learn.

Product Management Expertise: Solid track record in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Service Design within an agile, demanding delivery environment.

Familiarity with AI & Data Platforms: Strong interest or direct experience in working with emerging technologies, specifically AI/LLM integrations (e.g., conversational agents, recommendation engines) and data platform infrastructures.

Masterful Stakeholder Management: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence partners, build consensus, and navigate cross-agency boundaries across WOG.

Complex Project Delivery: A proven record of successfully managing risks and executing high-impact, complex digital projects.

Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines. Relevant industry experience will also be highly valued.
