Education Solutions Engineer

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, education technology, or a related field.

Experience with SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and web technologies.

Ability to communicate in Arabic fluently, to collaborate with Arabic speaking stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience in sales engineering or technical consultancy.

Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in education.

Experience supporting technology adoption and change-management initiatives.

Deep understanding of Higher Ed/K-12 IT infrastructure and identity management (SSO).

Deep understanding of Google for Education tools.
