Project Executive

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, orArchitecture
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience inconstruction or project management
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM modeling
• Able to work independently with strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Working knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project)
• Basic understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and authorities
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)requirements is an advantage
• Valid Class 3 driving license preferred (for site visits)

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction/renovation projects from initiation to handover
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and relevant authorities
• Prepare project drawings, schedules, and progress reports
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and safety compliance
• Manage project budgets and assist in cost control
• Resolve on-site issues and escalate risks in a timely manner
