Go Place is a luxury Leisure Club & Spa located at First Markham Place.

We are looking for Evening Receptionist to join our team!

*Job Description*

• Greet guests on the arrival in a polite and friendly manner
• Provide accurate information to assist guests with inquiries and requests in-person and via phone

• Check in and check out guests at the reception desk
• Booking appointments for guests in-person and via phone

• Take ownership of service complaints at earliest and resolve the complaint quickly and efficiently

*Job Requirements*

• Previous receptionist experience or any other similar capacity
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

• Teamwork-oriented and excellent conversation skills
• Required to work weekends and holidays

• Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills
• Present professional appearance at all times

• Must be in possession of a valid Canadian work permit to be eligible to be considered

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $20-$25 per hour

Experience:

• Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
