RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER

Job Summary Supervise construction work to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements Responsibilities Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle Conduct inspections during project progress to verify compliance with quality and regulatory requirements Assist consultants in executing responsibilities under the Building Control Act and liaise with relevant authorities to facilitate approvals and compliance Communicate proactively and effectively with project stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain smooth project operations Perform additional related duties as assigned to support project delivery and ensure regulatory compliance Required competencies and certifications Registered as Resident Technical Officer recognized by the Commissioner of Building Control Preferred competencies and qualifications At least 1 year of relevant working experience Demonstrated proactive approach and effective communication skills
