What You'll Be Doing:
Own month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
Manage balance sheet schedules and financial reporting
Support multi-entity accounting and consolidation activities
Analyze financial results and provide meaningful business insights
Partner with operational leaders to improve financial accountability
Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
Assist with audit, tax, and compliance requirements
Support job costing, WIP reporting, and revenue recognition activities
What They're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong GAAP knowledge
Experience owning month-end close
Advanced Excel skills
Multi-entity or multi-business-unit experience
Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
Construction industry experience
Job costing, WIP reporting, and Percentage-of-Completion (POC) accounting
Experience with construction ERP systems such as Spectrum, Sage 300 CRE, Foundation, or Viewpoint
Audit or public accounting background
