Quality Control Officer

What You'll Do

Inspect every completed order for quality, finish and correct item count. Sign off orders and secure them for delivery to the right customer. Reject and return anything that doesn't meet our standard — with a clear reason. Spot recurring issues and feed them back to the production team. Uphold our quality and accuracy standards without compromise.

What We're Looking For

A bachelor's degree. At least 2 years of experience in quality, audit, revenue assurance or a similar assurance function. A sharp eye for quality and detail; you're willing to stop an order that isn't right. Independent and firm — you won't be rushed into passing poor work. Methodical, systematic and comfortable using an app to log your work. Willing to work shifts, including nights on rotation.
