AOG Operator 4 days on 4 days off

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a AOG Operator to work 4 days on 4 days off for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Colnbrook, Berkshire area. Daily Duties:- Establish a relationship as the trusted adviser and one stop shop Partner customers to advise, determine and qualify their shipping requirements. Obtain details (regulations, certificates, documentation) necessary for a full and accurate shipment quotation. Provide a “best in service approach” to ensure the customer’s request is fulfilled and satisfied. Offer advice and recommendations to customers to help customers achieve their end-to-end requirements Prepare profitable quotations accurately. Completing MAWB's Completing customs entries Track and communicate all delays, damages, issues and work with the customer to resolve. Manage all aspects of tracking shipments to ensure shipment is moving as scheduled Working hours are 4 on 4 off Days 8am - 8pm As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
