Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities
- Process orders for outbound shipment
- Monitor and communicate with vendors/ suppliers via email
- Arrange Shipping via email or online booking
- Perform daily resource planning, permit declarations, prepare reports to management and customer.
- Assist in Inbound & inventory functions, coordination and fulfill requests from customers.
- Handle projects such as Kaizen, Lean, Improvement and other adhoc projects
Requirement:
- This position requires minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics industry.
- Independent and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Handle online booking of shipments
- Able to multi-task and take on additional tasks when required.
Education: Minimum 'O' levels or Diploma in Logistics.
Skills:
- Good working knowledge of the following logistics operations areas – distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, materials management.
- Hands-on Knowledge in handling MHE such as reach truck, order picker
- Good Knowledge in TradeNet Permit declarations, SAP Systems and B2B IT Infrastructure is a plus
- Forklift License, Work at Height License will be required for the role. Company will provide for training for those who does not possess the licences.
Working hours: Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 6pm
