Sourcing Engineer (Chinese Speaking)

1.รับผิดชอบงาน Strategic Sourcing และ Technical Sourcing ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ โดยเฉพาะ Supplier ประเทศจีน 2.ทำหน้าที่ประสานงานระหว่าง Supplier, Engineering, Production, QA/QC, Product Management, Sales และ Supply Chain 3.Search, identify และพัฒนา New Supplier / Alternative Supplier ทั้งในประเทศไทย จีน และต่างประเทศ 4.วิเคราะห์และเปรียบเทียบ Technical Specification, Material, Drawing, Process และ Application 5.ขอ RFQ และจัดทำ Cost Comparison / Supplier Comparison 6.เจรจาต่อรอง Price, MOQ, Payment Term, Lead Time, Warranty, Quality และ Commercial Conditions 7.ติดต่อและประชุมกับ Supplier ประเทศจีนโดยตรงผ่าน Chinese / English 8.ประสานงานการทำ Sample, Trial, Testing, First Lot และ Mass Production 9.ติดตามผลการทดสอบและประสานงานแก้ไข Technical Issue กับ Supplier 10.วิเคราะห์ปัญหา Supplier Quality และประสานงาน Claim / Corrective Action / Replacement / Compensation 11.ประเมินและพัฒนา Supplier ด้าน Quality, Cost, Delivery และ Service 12.สนับสนุน Supplier Audit และ Factory Visit ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ

Qualifications:

1. All genders are welcome; Age: 25–35 years
2. Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Polymer Engineering,Chemical Engineering,Mechanical Engineering or other related fields.
3. Minimum 3 years of Sourcing / Purchasing / Procurement experience or 5 years
4. Knowledge of import-export procedures, Taxation, and related regulations.
5. Business background in factory industry would be advantages
6. Good command of English, Chinese (both written and spoken).
