222_Mechanical Engineer *English required*

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure machine reliability and minimize downtime.

1. Troubleshoot equipment issues, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain maintenance records.

1. Support production by optimizing machine performance, improving OEE, and ensuring product quality.

1. Maintain and troubleshoot utility systems, including Air Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Vacuum, and Water Treatment systems.

1. Support mold maintenance, alignment, and troubleshooting to improve product quality.

1. Collaborate with QA to resolve production quality issues, including bottle leaks, flash, short shots, wall thickness, neck finish, and dimensional defects.

1. Participate in machine installation, commissioning (FAT/SAT), automation, and engineering improvement projects.

1. Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety standards and 5S.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in maintenance or engineering within a manufacturing environment. Experience in plastic packaging, plastic bottle manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred Knowledge of PET and HDPE bottle manufacturing processes, Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems, PLC troubleshooting, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, OEE, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis. Experience with utility equipment such as Air Compressors, High-Pressure Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Material Loaders, Dryers, Conveyors, Robot Pick & Place, Labeling, Packing, and Palletizing systems is preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks. Familiar with ISO 9001 and GMP standards (for food or beverage manufacturing). Good command of English with strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement skills.
