IT Support (IT Infrastructure & Security )

1.ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย VPN และระบบ Wi-Fi เป็นประจำ Perform routine maintenance and performance checks on all network hardware, VPN connections, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.

2.เฝ้าระวังการสำรองข้อมูล NAS และช่วยทดสอบการกู้คืนข้อมูล Monitor NAS backup operations and assist in recovery exercises.

3.ตรวจสอบระบบกล้อง CCTV และจัดการปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้อง Conduct CCTV system inspections and address hardware/storage issues.

4.ตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยของอุปกรณ์ผู้ใช้และอัปเดตแพตช์ซอฟต์แวร์ Perform endpoint security checks and software patch updates.

5.เฝ้าระวังและแจ้งเตือนภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ Monitor and escalate cybersecurity alerts.

6.สนับสนุนการจัดการสิทธิ์ในระบบ Microsoft Azure Assist with Microsoft Azure access and security group configurations.

7.สนับสนุนการเข้าถึง Microsoft Power Platform และ Microsoft Fabric Support access and compliance for Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric.

8.ร่วมติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ RFID IoT และระบบ AI Monitoring ภายในโรงงาน Participate in installation of RFID IoT and AI video monitoring systems.

9.จัดทำและอัปเดตเอกสารระบบ IT Maintain up-to-date IT documentation including diagrams and inventories.

10.ให้การสนับสนุน IT ระดับ 1 แก่ผู้ใช้งานภายใน Provide Level 1 IT support to internal users.

11.ติดตามทรัพย์สิน IT และจัดการวงจรชีวิตของอุปกรณ์ Assist with IT asset tracking and hardware lifecycle management.

12.ประสานงานกับผู้จำหน่ายกรณีซ่อมหรือเคลมอุปกรณ์ Coordinate with vendors for repairs or warranty claims.

13.งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: ปริญญาตรีสาขา เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (IT), Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Support / IT Infrastructure / Network อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน Network, VPN, Wi-Fi, NAS และ CCTV มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ Microsoft Power Platform และ Microsoft Fabric จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ RFID, IoT, AI Camera / AI Video Monitoring จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาและให้แก่ผู้ใช้งาน มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา การแก้ไขปัญหา และการประสานงานที่ดี มีความรับผิดชอบ สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ ได้ มีใจรักการบริการ เข้าใจงานบริการ
