Technical Staff

1. Able to understand mechanical drawings, proficient in CAD, SolidWorks and other drawing software, and familiar with mechanical processing, heat treatment and assembly processes. Prior experience with chain and sprocket products is preferred.
2. Product responsibilities: new product introduction, production line relocation, technical renovation of tooling and equipment, quality improvement projects, transfer of domestic process technologies to Thailand factories, and upgrading of existing products at Thailand manufacturing bases.
3. Quality management: Familiar with the IATF16949 quality system and proficient in quality tools including 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA and PPAP.
4. Process and equipment management: Capable of independently resolving production line process abnormalities, performing equipment commissioning and maintenance, conducting process optimization and tooling commissioning, and delivering drawings, control plans, process documents and work instructions.
5. Liaise with the technical center of domestic headquarters, deliver two-way technical requirements, and roll out mature domestic processes to the Thailand production base.
6. Familiarity with international chain standards (ISO, ANSI, DIN) is preferred.

Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or above in science and engineering majors, including Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Material Forming, etc. The academic requirement may be relaxed to outstanding college graduates for senior technical technician positions. candidates with 1 to 5 years of manufacturing experience in chain, automotive parts or motorcycle parts industries are preferredFamiliarity with chain drive, heat treatment, stamping and assembly processes is a plus Candidates with work experience in large chain systementerprises, holding positions in product R&D, process design, technical management, or related roles Able to understand mechanical drawings, proficient in CAD, SolidWorks and other drawing software, and familiar with mechanical processing, heat treatment and assembly processes.
