QA Manager

Responsibilities 1.Managing the policy of quality assurance and quality control, investigating and setting standards for quality. 2.Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers. 3.Work with Engineering and Production to handle non-conforming material, root cause analysis and mistake proofing. 4.Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met. 5.Lead Quality System Activities Ex. internal/ external audit. 6.All product test result such as ROHS or Customer requirement. Incoming, in process, outgoing document. 7.KPI and Action plan. 8.WI, SOP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, APQP, PSW, Document. 9.Control, specification, Internal Audit such as ISO 9001 / ISO14001. 10.Tooling calibration - Improve process for Quality stable. 11.Others

Qualifications: Female Age 35-45 years Bachelor's degree in Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or higher in related fields. Experience in QA. Manager for at least 3-5 years in manufacturing. Strong leadership skill with the ability to get results through mentoring others. Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere, good interpersonal, personality and can-do attitude. Good Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 system. Able to communicate in English. Speaking Japanese will be advantage.
