Injection Manager

•Plan, control, and manage injection molding operations to achieve the organization’s goals •Oversee the injection molding process to ensure it meets quality standards and production efficiency •Analyze and resolve issues arising in the production process systematically •Manage machinery and molds, including planning and overseeing maintenance to ensure effective and continuous operation •Coordinate with other departments such as QA, Planning, and Maintenance to ensure smooth production flow •Develop and train team members to enhance knowledge, skills, and overall performance of the department

Qualifications: Male or Female, aged 35 and above Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field At least 5–7 years of experience in plastic injection molding processes Minimum of 3 years’ experience in team management and production line supervision at a supervisor or manager level Strong knowledge and skills in controlling injection machine parameters, mold setup, and troubleshooting machine or product quality issues Ability to read technical drawings and understand electronic product specifications Experience in quality control activities (QC) and quality and environment management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 Skills in production planning, personnel management, and cost control Proficient in basic computer programs English or Japanese language proficiency is an advantage
