FINANCE MANAGER

•Oversee day-to-day financial operations of finance and accounting department •Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports •Prepare financial analysis for decision making •Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory reporting requirements •Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities •Develop annual budget and perform financial forecasting •Create financial models to support growth initiatives and cost control •Monitor cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity •Support treasury activities in accordance with company and head office policy •Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and internal controls •Implement financial controls and risk assessment measures •Manage and mentor finance staff, ensuring high performance and alignment with company values

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred. Minimum 5-8 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong understanding of Thailand's financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory reporting Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail Effective communication skills in both English and Thai Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional stakeholders Strong leadership and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
