Operations Trainee สื่อสารภาษาจีน (品质、生产、物料、工程、PC、MC)

1.ควบคุมและติดตามการดำเนินงานผลิตให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย 2.ควบคุมประสิทธิภาพด้านการผลิต ลดของเสียในขบวนการผลิต 3.จัดทำ/ปรับปรุงขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานและมาตรฐานการทำงาน 4.ปรับปรุงเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพงาน จัดทำ KPI และรายงานผลต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา 5.ถ่ายทอดและสอนงาน ประเมินผลการปฎิบัติงานพนักงานผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา 6.อบรมพนักงาน

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chinese or a related field. Able to listen, speak, read, and write Chinese at a good level. Good interpersonal skills, with strong communication and coordination abilities, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Highly responsible, quick to learn, and capable of performing assigned tasks effectively. Experience as a Production Supervisor or Assistant Production Supervisor is an advantage.
