Your tasks

• การบริหารจัดการพื้นที่การผลิต: มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานผลิตประจำวัน ติดตามแผนการผลิต ตารางเวลา ประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน และการจัดระเบียบสถานที่ทำงาน (5ส)
• การบริหารจัดการด้านคุณภาพและความปลอดภัย: ดูแลให้การดำเนินงานทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย และ 5ส พร้อมทั้งระบุปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างทันท่วงทีและผลักดันให้เกิดการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• การบริหารจัดการทีม: สนับสนุนการมอบหมายงาน การกำกับดูแลด้านวินัย การประสานงานระหว่างแผนก และการฝึกอบรมพนักงาน เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของทีมโดยรวม
• การแก้ไขปัญหาในการผลิต: ระบุปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างกระบวนการผลิต ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิตอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• การพัฒนาความเป็นผู้นำ: เตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับบทบาทผู้นำในอนาคต เช่น ตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต ผ่านการฝึกอบรมอย่างเป็นระบบและประสบการณ์การบริหารจัดการจริง

• 生产现场管理：参与日常生产运营，监控生产计划、进度、效率及现场管理（5S）状况。
• 质量与安全管理：确保各项工作符合质量、安全及5S标准；及时发现问题，并推动持续改进。
• 团队管理：协助进行工作分配、纪律管理、部门间协调及员工培训，以提升团队整体绩效。
• 生产问题解决：识别生产过程中出现的问题，协调相关部门共同解决，并持续提升生产效率。
• 管理能力培养：通过系统化培训和实践性管理活动，为未来担任生产经理等领导岗位做好准备。

-Production Floor Management: Participate in daily production operations and monitor production plans, progress, efficiency, and workplace organization. -Quality & Safety Management: Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and 5S standards, identify issues, and drive improvements. -Team Management: Assist with work assignments, discipline, coordination, and employee training to improve team performance. -Production Problem-Solving: Identify production issues, coordinate with relevant departments, and continuously improve production efficiency. -Management Development: Participate in structured training and hands-on management activities to prepare for future leadership responsibilities as a Production Manager.

Requirements

1. Thai nationality, age 25–40.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
3. manufacturing/engineering/quality/Management experience preferred.
4. Chinese speaking : HSK 3–6
5. Fresh graduates/willing learners may be considered.
6. Willing to work on the production floor, with a strong sense of responsibility, a results-driven mindset, good communication and coordination skills, the ability to learn quickly, and effective problem-solving skills.
