Your tasks

• Monitor and analyze security alerts from SIEM, Firewall, EDR และ Security Monitoring Tools
• ตรวจสอบและคัดกรอง Security Events / Alerts ที่เกิดขึ้นในระบบ
• วิเคราะห์เหตุการณ์เบื้องต้นเพื่อแยก False Positive / Potential Security Incident
• ตรวจสอบ Log และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อหาเหตุการณ์ผิดปกติ
• ดำเนินการ Incident Triage และ Escalate เหตุการณ์ที่มีความเสี่ยงไปยัง SOC L2 / Security Team
• ติดตามและประสานงาน Incident ตามขั้นตอนและ SLA ที่กำหนด
• จัดทำและอัปเดต Incident Report / Security Monitoring Report
• ตรวจสอบสถานะของระบบ Security Monitoring และแจ้งปัญหาที่พบ
• ปฏิบัติงานตาม Security Operation Procedures / Incident Response Process
• ทำงานเป็นทีมและอาจต้องปฏิบัติงานเป็น Shift / 24x7 ตามลักษณะงาน

Requirements

1. ปริญญาตรีสาขา Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Network หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน SOC / Cybersecurity / Network Security / IT Security 1–2 ปี
3. มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, Firewall และ Network Security เบื้องต้น
4. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับ Security Incident และ Log Analysis
5. สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นได้
