Production Control Unit (พระราม 3)

• Support application deployment activities to production and non-production environments.
• Execute deployment procedures and implementation checklists according to approved instructions.
• Coordinate with application, development, and infrastructure teams during deployment activities.
• Perform basic verification and health checks after deployment.
• Prepare and maintain deployment records and operational documentation.
• Report deployment status and implementation results to relevant stakeholders.
• Support scheduled implementation activities, including after-office hours when required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, System Support, or related IT support roles.
3. Basic knowledge of application deployment and implementation processes.
4. Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments will be an advantage.
5. Good communication and coordination skills.
6. Able to follow operational procedures and work instructions accurately.
7. Able to work night shifts.
