Junior System Engineer – Hardware & IoT
- ติดตั้ง ทดสอบ ดูแล และ Troubleshoot ระบบ Hardware, IoT และ Infrastructure ที่เชื่อมต่อกับ Parking Platform เช่น Camera/LPR, Kiosk, Barrier, PLC, Sensor, Network, Local Server และ IoT Communication
- 2nd tier support ทางด้าน Hardware Device
- ติดตั้ง Configure และทดสอบ Hardware/IoT ของระบบ Parking
- Support และ Troubleshoot ระบบทั้ง Remote และ Onsite
- ตรวจสอบ Camera/LPR, Barrier, Kiosk, PLC, Loop Detector, Radar และ Sensor รวมถึงการเชื่อมต่อ Network Connectivity
- Support Windows/Linux Local Server
- ตรวจสอบ MQTT, Modbus TCP, HTTP/REST API และ Device Communication หรือ Integration Tool ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแยก Fault Domain ว่าเกิดจาก Hardware / Network / Server / Application / Configuration
- เก็บ Log, Screenshot, Device Status และ Evidence ก่อน Escalate
- ทำ Hardware/System Testing ก่อนส่งมอบ
- สนับสนุน Installation, UAT, Go-live และ Production Support
- จัดทำ Wiring Diagram, Network Diagram, Configuration และ Technical Documentation
- ทำ Preventive Check และช่วยวิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดซ้ำ
- ประสานงานกับ Developer, Application Support, QA และ Senior Engineer
- ใช้ AI ช่วย Troubleshooting, วิเคราะห์ Log และจัดทำ Documentation
- งานอื่นๆที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications: ชาย/หญิง อายุ 22-37 ปี ปริญญาตรี หรือ ปวส. สาขา: Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering Electronics Mechatronics Information Technology Computer Science Automation/Control หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง Fresh Graduate – 2 ปี ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ที่มีพื้นฐาน Technical ดีและชอบลงมือทำ ควรมีพื้นฐานอย่างน้อยบางส่วน:TCP/IP / IP Address / Subnet / Gateway / Port / LAN / Network troubleshooting มีพื้นฐาน Windows และ Linux Basic Electrical/Electronic / Relay / Digital Input / Digital Output / Sensor อ่าน Wiring Diagram ได้ PLC, Raspberry Pi / Arduino / ESP32 Modbus TCP, MQTT, Node-RED, REST API CCTV / IP Camera / LPR Python หรือ Scripting Docker สามารถทำงานนอกเวลาปกติเป็นครั้งคราวสำหรับ Deployment/Go-live สื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับ Developer ได้ ใช้ AI เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยเรียนรู้และ Troubleshoot
