About the role
The engineering team owns the delivery and stability of our product end to end. Since Finix serves as the complete payment platform of our customers’, our engineering team owns our customers’ ability to capture revenue. The Sr. Software Engineer role centers around envisioning superior technical solutions to our customers’ payment needs, leading its implementation and continuously ensuring reliable service to our customers. You will have broad autonomy and responsibility for formulating the best solution possible and working with your peers to deliver your vision. Finix is looking for a team member to join our engineering team who brings exceptional technical acumen, attention to detail, interest to grow and an obsession with building excellent, performing and scalable software.
What You'll Be Doing Build GTM Infrastructure
Rebuild and optimize core GTM systems and workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships that support pipeline generation and customer expansion
Own HubSpot architecture, automation, attribution, enrichment, routing, and reporting
Design scalable lead lifecycle infrastructure and source classification systems
Create and maintain reliable GTM data pipelines across paid ads, CRM, product, and third-party tools
Build API integrations between internal systems and external vendors
Operationalize AI Across GTM
Deploy AI-native workflows and agents across prospecting, enrichment, routing, qualification, and campaign operations
Build systems leveraging tools like Claude, Clay, OpenAI, and workflow orchestration platforms
Develop anomaly detection, QA checks, and automated reporting for GTM data integrity
Identify repetitive operational workflows and automate them end-to-end
Partner Cross-Functionally
Work closely with Marketing to improve campaign measurement, attribution, and funnel visibility
Partner with Sales and Partnerships to improve lead quality, routing, enrichment, and outbound infrastructure
Collaborate with Product and Engineering on product-led growth signals and internal tooling
Document systems, processes, and operational best practices across the GTM organization

What We're Looking For 5+ years of demonstrated experience in RevOps, Growth Ops, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, GTM Engineering, or related operational roles within a high-growth SaaS environment.
Strong systems thinking and technical curiosity to solve complex business problems with scalable solutions
Expert-level, hands-on experience with HubSpot in a fast-paced environment building and maintaining workflows, audience segments, API connectors and error handling.
Proficient with AI-native GTM tooling (e.g, Claude, OpenAI, Zapier, , etc), agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, CrewAI, or similar) for building multi-step AI workflows and data enrichment tools (e.g. Apollo, 6Sense or similar)
Comfortable working with APIs, automation tooling, spreadsheets, and low-code workflows
Experience building reporting and attribution systems across advertising solutions including LinkedIn, Google, Meta, 6Senses
Strong analytical skills and attention to operational detail
Excellent verbal and written communication and process documentation skills to clearly articulate complex technical strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity
Nice to Have Experience in fintech, payments, or infrastructure companies
Familiarity with warehouse tooling like Snowflake or BigQuery
Experience supporting outbound and PLG motions simultaneously
