- Experience with Developing Alfresco Platform and Share extensions
- Experience with customizing Alfresco Share web application
- Expert with implementing, updating, and customizing Alfresco Community Edition
- Experience with configuring and customizing Lucene search
- Experience with configuring Tomcat
- Experience with integrating Alfresco with other applications: Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience with developing RESTful APIs
- Excellent communication, task management, and organizational skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines, and changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
