Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Track changes to designs and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Handle contract claims and variations.
- Monitor project costs and report on financial progress.
- Provide advice on cost control and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present detailed cost reports and forecasts.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Attend project meetings and provide input on cost implications and strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Electrical knowledge and understanding of technical terms are an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of calculation methods and cost planning in a similar industry.
- Proficient in MS Excel and SAP.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
