Welding Inspector

Responsibilities: Conduct pre-welding, in-process, and post-welding inspections. Verify joint fit-up, electrode classification, and correct welding process. Monitor and inspect welding consumables, including storage and handling. Ensure welders are qualified as per WPS and project requirements.  Participate in quality meetings, kick-off sessions, and toolbox talks. Support QA/QC and project teams in achieving inspection milestones Verify radiographic film interpretation (RTFI) if qualified Ensure weld repairs and PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treatment) are conducted as specified. Ensure compliance with applicable codes: ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1, API 1104, ISO 15614, etc. In-process inspection Support tender documentations Any other assignment that may be assigned.

Requirements: Must possess B. Eng/ B.Tech/HND or B.Sc in a science-related course, A certified welding inspector, proficient in MS Office, EXCEL & Internet, and A minimum of 5 years of experience as a QAQC inspector.
