Senior Integration Engineer (Python)

We at Coforge are hiring Senior Integration Engineer - Python (#22152) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end integrations between internal platforms and third-party systems.
• Define API contracts, data mappings, and transformation logic.
• Design synchronization strategies including batch, event-driven, and real-time integrations.
• Build resilient integrations with idempotency, retries, ordering, and backfill capabilities.
• Design and consume REST APIs and Webhooks.
• Manage API versioning and backward compatibility.
• Ensure data quality and consistency using SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability for integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and external partners to deliver scalable integration solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Integration Engineer.
• Strong experience with Python (Django is a plus).
• Solid experience designing and consuming REST APIs and Webhooks.
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and batch processing.
• Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and logging best practices.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building developer platforms or public APIs.
• Experience integrating CRM, RMS, or PMS platforms.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR), financial reconciliation, or accounting systems.
• Experience in the PropTech, Multifamily, or Property Management industry.
• Experience working with distributed systems and high-availability architectures.
