HR Generalist
Job Description:
- End-to-end recruitment.
- Candidate sourcing and talent mapping.
- CV screening and initial interviews.
- Interview coordination with user.
- Candidate relationship management.
- Recruitment progress reporting and target achievement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Able to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Having a strong candidate database or talent network is an advantage.
