RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Aufgaben

We need someone who can take ownership of daily operations, lead a team confidently, and ensure everything runs smoothly without constant supervision.

• Take charge of daily restaurant operations
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the team
• Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Manage staff discipline, attendance, and scheduling
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
• Monitor stock, inventory, and wastage
• Ensure the team follows SOP and works efficiently
• Take ownership of problems and make sure they are properly resolved

Anforderungen

We are looking for a Female Restaurant Supervisor with a warm personality, attractive and well-groomed appearance, excellent communication skills, and strong experience in restaurant operations, especially in a Breakfast Restaurant or Café.

• Female, maximum 27 years old
• Presentable, friendly, warm, and confident personality
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or café operations
• Breakfast restaurant experience is a strong advantage
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Good English communication skills
• Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Able to handle customer complaints and solve problems independently
• Understand restaurant SOP, service standards, staff scheduling, stock control, and daily operations
• Able to work under pressure and take initiative
