System Administrator

The high-quality insurance services provider "EFES" Insurance Company is seeking a skilled and highly motivated System Administrator to join our expanding IT team.

Maintain, configure, and ensure the reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization environments

Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers

Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues

Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure

Perform regular system backup and recovery operations

Lead desktop and helpdesk support activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues with minimal disruption to business operations

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

3–5 years of experience in system, network, or database administration

Knowledge of MS Azure AD

Experience with Veeam Backup solutions

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers

Working knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or equivalent platforms

Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols

Ability to effectively troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues

Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, Linux, networking, etc.) are considered an advantage
