Online Teachers - Various Subjects

Educify Inc. is seeking qualified and enthusiastic Online Teachers and Tutors based in Nigeria to deliver personalized virtual lessons to students of different ages and learning levels. We are recruiting educators across multiple subject areas, including Mathematics, English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, General Science, Languages, Coding and ICT, Music, and test preparation. Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging one-to-one or small-group lessons through online platforms. Assess each learner's goals, current ability, and learning needs. Prepare clear lesson plans, activities, and digital learning materials. Explain concepts accurately and adapt instruction to different learning styles. Track student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback. Help learners build confidence, subject knowledge, and independent study skills. Maintain accurate availability and communicate promptly about lessons and scheduling. Create a safe, respectful, inclusive, and professional online learning environment. Follow Educify's safeguarding, privacy, onboarding, and professional-conduct requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, teaching qualification, or recognized professional credential in a relevant subject area. Strong subject knowledge and clear written and spoken communication skills. At least one year of teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or related instructional experience. Ability to teach learners of different ages and skill levels. Reliable internet connection, computer or tablet, webcam, microphone or headset, and a quiet environment for online lessons. Professionalism, patience, dependability, and a student-centered approach. Availability to work flexible part-time hours based on student demand.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience teaching online or using virtual classroom tools. Experience preparing students for school examinations, standardized tests, competitions, or admissions assessments. Additional expertise across more than one subject or curriculum. Experience supporting children, teenagers, adults, or learners with different educational needs.
