- Vast experience in Aircraft structures, fabrication and repair of commercial aircraft.
- Experience and Provan record in working on modification programs.
- Working closely with Stress, Design & Engineering departments.
- Strong ability to advise modifications and production issues throughout the process.
- Comfortable working in a team environment.
- To attend bi weekly production meetings, progress reporting, shortages, engineering issues etc.
Personal Qualities.
- Comfortable working in cross functional teams
- Strong communication skills
