Warehouse officer

1. Execute receiving, sorting, picking, ERP order processing, outbound packaging, and other related inbound and outbound operations.
2. Warehouse storage location labeling, product labeling, material placement, material storage, material control, warehouse cleaning and organization.
3. Regularly count materials and be responsible for inventory planning and execution, ensuring consistency between the system and inventory records.
4. Material preparation, replenishment, ERP system operation, and report generation.
5. Optimize warehouse management systems and operational processes, and plan warehouse traffic flow and storage location configuration.
6. Complete tasks assigned by the company and supervisors.

7.Forklift driving training certificate. (Will be given special consideration.)

Qualifications: Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above. Computer Skills: Excel, Outlook, Oracle ERP system Other Requirements: Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience in the electronics industry. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Familiar with Oracle ERP system. Basic English proficiency. Able to manage simple English documents. Strong learning, adaptability, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work overtime; experience in an electronics factory is preferred. A responsible, communicative, and meticulous individual. Complete tasks assigned by the company and supervisors.
