Production Engineer

o Assign duties to production sections according to weekly schedules. o Ensure availability of required materials with the material controller. o Liaise with the planning department to adjust production schedules when necessary. o Coordinates resources and plans tasks efficiently. o Adheres to weekly production schedules. o Monitor fabrication operations (cutting, punching, welding, finishing, assembly, painting). o Maintain strong relations with detailing & design departments to resolve issues. o Follows up on production steps to ensure compliance with quality standards. o Collaborates with technical departments to solve problems. Authorities:

• Approve and assign production schedules and operational priorities.
• Authorize procurement of production resources within budget.
• Recommend incentives, promotions, or corrective actions for staff.

Minimum 10 years of experience in production and fabrication management within steel structures or heavy manufacturing.

Demonstrated experience in supervising multi-process fabrication (cutting, punching, welding, assembly, finishing, painting).

High-level communication and supervisory skills.

Excellent management and leadership abilities to guide teams effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving technical and operational issues.

Very good English language (spoken and written).

High computer literacy for production monitoring and reporting.

Strong interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination.

Effective time management and multitasking abilities.

Advanced knowledge of production machinery, fabrication processes, and techniques.

Engineering drawings interpretation and technical documentation.

Quality assurance and industrial safety standards.
