Maintain and update employees’ personnel files, both hard copy and electronic records.

Prepare and maintain HR documents, including employment contracts, HR letters, forms, and certificates.

Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and absence records.

Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs and related HR reports.

Support the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Assist with employee onboarding, including preparing required documents and coordinating new-hire procedures.

Support employee offboarding procedures, including resignations, clearances, and final documentation.

Prepare and follow up on Social Insurance Form 1 for newly hired employees.

Follow up on Social Insurance Form 2 and ensure employees’ social insurance data is accurate and up to date.

Prepare and follow up on Social Insurance Form 6 for employees leaving the company, ensuring timely submission and proper documentation.

Handle the issuance and renewal of employees’ health certificates/cards, ensuring compliance with the required health regulations and procedures.

Coordinate and maintain employees’ social insurance records and documentation.

Prepare regular HR reports and update employee databases.

Ensure that all employee documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.

Respond to employees’ HR-related inquiries and provide the necessary administrative support.

Coordinate with other departments regarding employee-related requests and HR procedures.

Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and employee activities when required.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, Egyptian Labor Law, and Social Insurance regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR Administration or Personnel Affairs.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.

Experience in handling Social Insurance Forms S1, S2, and S6.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

Good command of written and spoken English.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
