Project Coordinator/Detailer/Designer

Location: West Monroe, LA Key Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between Customer, Project Mangers, Sales, Engineering, Estimating, Purchasing, Shipping and Manufacturing. Gather and communicate project-specific information and customer requirements. Manage production schedules, track progress, and troubleshoot issues. Develop precise technical drawings, schematics, and digital models from engineering concepts. Create bills of materials (BOMs) and take offs, define tolerances, and incorporate manufacturing symbols. Provide material takeoffs and quantity estimations. Review and interpret project specifications, sketches, and calculations. Ensure all documentation adheres to industry standards and company guidelines. Update drawings for design changes and maintain version control. Qualifications Requires 2 years of work-related experience in a related position A technical degree in CAD, Graphics Engineering, Engineering Technology or related discipline is required. A BS degree in Engineering Technology, Engineering or Construction Engineering is preferred. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor and SolidWorks) and MS Office. Strong understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and drafting standards. Basic understanding of structural and mechanical disciplines. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read blueprints and interpret complex specifications.
