Senior Quantity Surveyor

Pre & Post

• Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and detailed cost plans.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and compile tender documents.
• Evaluate bids and negotiate with suppliers or subcontractors
• Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost control.
• Process interim payment applications, claims, and valuation of variations.
• Settle final accounts and handle contract dispute resolution
• Guide, mentor, and supervise junior quantity surveyors.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and project managers.
• Assist and perform all tasks assigned by respective superiors.

Job Requirements :

• At least 5-7 years of ID / A&A work experience in Singapore
• Resourceful, and sensitive to numerical.
• Experience in participating in full interior fit-out projects.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Work well under tight submission deadlines.
• High sense of responsibility and integrity.
