Giám Sát Bảo Trì (Maintenance Supervisor)

A. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure production machines and utility systems are available and running effectively. Lead the Maintenance team in Preventive Maintenance (PM) and machine troubleshooting. Manage Maintenance activities through CMMS. Coordinate maintenance activities at off-site locations when required. Support the Maintenance Manager in managing the department when required.

B. OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Education

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation or related fields.

1. Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in Maintenance or a related position.

1. Skills

Knowledge of mechanical and utility systems. Basic machine troubleshooting knowledge. MS Office; AutoCAD is an advantage. Basic English communication skills. CMMS experience is an advantage.
