IT Support

• Provide hardware support including installation, repair, and maintenance of computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Manage operating systems and basic software including installation and updates of applications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot internal network systems such as network configuration and basic network issue resolution.
• Offer technical advice and troubleshoot IT problems for employees.
• Monitor and ensure the performance of IT systems to prevent and resolve potential issues.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to maintenance and IT service activities.
• Coordinate with external service providers when necessary for equipment repair or system troubleshooting.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. Able to work in night shifts. Skilled in hardware support such as installation, repair, and maintenance of computers and peripherals. Ability to work well under pressure, with flexibility and adaptability to changing situations. Strong communication skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
