ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Having at least 2-3 years as Accounting & Budgeting in Fashion/Digital Marketing Insdustry
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Age max. 28 years old
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred), Spreadsheet, Accounting Software
• Accustomed to making financial reports
• Familiar with data management from Online Marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Make financial reports for all brands owned by the company
• Make cash flow reports for all brands owned by the company
• Perform & Maintance bank reconciliation
• Reconcile existing inventory stock
• Perform and recap other reporting data
• Gain and analyst information from ecommerce platform by developing spreadsheets reports ( gross profit margin report).
• Record all transactions related to sales, sales returns, and account receivable from e-commerce sales to accounting system.
• Maintain receivable accounts .
• Control the inbound and outbound of goods in the system.
• Responsible for testing and checking the new system that will be used by the ecommerce division.
• Responsible for providing data for audits and internal needs.
