Senior Manager

Provide overarching leadership for a highly complex, large-scale program or a portfolio of multiple business units/hubs, managing large inventory scale and diverse operational teams.

Own the rolling 6-to-12-monthoperational roadmap; executing 3-6 month tactical plans (staffing, capacity)and >6 month strategic plans (automation investments, footprint shaping, contract renewals).

Drive organizational design and talent management, structuring teams to scale effectively and building robust succession plans for the management bench.

Lead business strategy execution, including leading major commercial negotiations, driving contract renewals, and managing high-stakes customer relationships.

Direct P&L ownership of significant revenue portfolios (e.g., SGD 10M+), executing margin expansion strategies and strict cost maintenance to yearly aligned targets.

Build business cases, calculate ROI, and recommend Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) investments for major facility upgrades, MHE, and automation (subject to depreciation guidelines).

Serve as the overall site lead for holistic workplace safety, risk management, and business continuity planning (BCP).

Direct major Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs) that require cross-functional alignment across Engineering, IT, and Commercial teams.
