Production Supervisor

Aufgaben

To manage and control daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery in alignment with factory targets and business objectives set by the Factory Manager.

1. Production Planning & Control

-Execute production plans in line with sales forecasts and Factory Manager direction -Control daily production output to meet targets (quantity, quality, timeline) -Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet customer requirements

1. Shopfloor Management

-Supervise daily operations on the production floor -Manage line leaders, and operators -Ensure proper manpower allocation and machine utilization

1. Productivity & Cost Control

-Improve productivity and reduce production losses -Control labor, material usage, and operational costs -Support cost reduction initiatives led by Factory Manager

1. Quality Control Coordination

-Work closely with QA/QC team to maintain product quality -Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions -Ensure production processes meet required standards

1. Continuous Improvement

-Implement Lean, Kaizen, and process improvement activities -Optimize workflows, reduce waste, and improve efficiency -Support automation or process upgrade projects

1. Safety & Compliance

-Ensure safety practices are followed on the shopfloor -Maintain compliance with company policies and industrial regulations

1. Cross-functional Coordination

-Coordinate with Sales, Planning, QA, Maintenance, and Logistics teams -Support new product trials, samples, and project launches

Anforderungen

1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ (เครื่องกล, ไฟฟ้า, อุตสาหการ)
2. มีความรู้ด้านระบบการจัดการ หากมีความรู้เรื่อง Audit / ISO / Kaizen จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
3. มีประสบการณ์ในระดับบังคับบัญชา (บริหารทีม/หัวหน้างาน) อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
4. มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับกระจก อย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
5. ทักษะการเป็นผู้นำ และการบริหารจัดการทีมงาน
6. อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
7. มีความซื่อสัตย์ ละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
8. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดีและทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันสูง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
9. หากมีประสบการณ์โรงงาน / Audit / ISO จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
