In this role, you will lead and develop the Austrian Operations organization, ensuring outstanding service quality, operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction while driving the strategic development of the Operations function. 1 Vice President Network Operations Austria(m/w/d)

• Lead the nationwide Operations organization and drive performance across all operational activities in Austria

• Ensure achievement of service quality, productivity, cost and profitability targets

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with DHL's business objectives

• Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation and operational transformation initiatives

• Provide strong leadership, develop high-performing teams and foster a winning culture

• Build effective relationships with customers, business partners, regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders

• Represent Operations as a member of the Austrian Management Board

Anforderungen

We are looking for an experienced and visionary leader to join our Austrian Management Board as Vice President Network Operations Austria.

• Extensive senior leadership experience in Operations, Logistics, Express or Supply Chain environments

• Strong business acumen and proven experience managing large, complex operations

• Strategic mindset combined with excellent analytical and decision-making skills

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing capabilities

• University degree or equivalent relevant professional experience

• Fluent English and good command in German

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience within Operations or a comparable business environment

The annual gross salary starts at EUR 115,000 with willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.

In addition, the position is eligible for an annual Orientation Bonus in accordance with DHL Express compensation policies.
