Aufgaben
- Conception, calculate & book tailored high-performance airfreight solutions
- Plan capacity & volumes for accompanied, classified and defense consignments
- Act as first local contact for Diplomatics & defense customers, ensuring availability
- Develop partner relationships to establish competitive customer solutions
- Manage end-to-end service execution incl. coordination through billing
- Negotiate rates with partners, agents & clients
- Provide backup support for USA, Vienna & APAC
- Liaise with customers, airlines, partners, finance & internal Diplo team
Anforderungen
- Vocational degree or 5+ years practical experience
- Fluent in English
- Experience in DGR & Defense shipments
- First experience in international legal requirements
- Proficiency in figure-based decision-making
- Customer & solution drive; sales-minded
- Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities in a matrix setup
- Strong intercultural skills
- Computer literacy incl. MS Office & relevant software; willingness to travel on short notice
